As Paul was saying we had a good chat with Matt Keenan and Brian Cleland about Co-working in Belfast. We came to the conclusion that it is definitely a feasible idea, there are just a number of questions that need answered.
Is there actually enough interest in a Co-working office space in Belfast?
This goes out to anyone that reads this, if you or someone you know works freelance in Belfast then please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you and your thoughts on how we can make this work.
What are we willing to pay for such a privilege?
Some rough estimations put the price at something around £150 Per Person, perhaps more.
Where would we locate?
To make it work I’m thinking that it would need to be centrally located in Belfast, I think too far afield would lose a lot of the appeal.
What facilities are needed?
Basically a desk and an internet connection. Bicycle or car parking would be an excellent plus.
