I’ve been meaning to try some form of aid for relieving Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, for some time. I just saw an advert for this device which according to their testimonials, might be worth a try.
Coincidentally Robby Russell jost posted an article today about how he’s also rolling his sleeve’s up
RSI is the stealth ninja of ailments… it’s never just caused by one thing, I had it pretty bad until quite recently, but it’s started to go away after I started figuring out what was causing it and doing something about it…
- Stressful, mundane and de-motivating job
- Too much computer time
- Bad working environment… i’ve since concluded that I am not compatible with Windows machines
- Lack of exercise
Removing and improving on those factors in my life has, and probably will give more of a quantifiable benefit than any device ever could. However an opportunity to speed things along has never been one I would seek to miss.
